Distancing only 35 minutes by car from Évora – a historic capital of the Alentejo and a UNESCO World Heritage Site – it’s also close to many other epicentres such as the city of Setúbal, which is only 1 hour away, a city with deep roots with the bodies of water that surround it.

As an accommodation’s project, it will be a nature inspired hotel, total with 15 rooms, including 2 of T0 and 13 of T1 duplex apartments in a modern but naturalistic style of design. All the apartments display a natural view to the river and a private and comfortable bedroom with the T1 type exclusively exempting 2 bathrooms.
